Edwin nodded and Ledvic smirked. He slowly moved back without even turning , along with Esther, but suddenly Ledvic felt a pain on his shoulder. Soon he fell unconscious on the ground. There were a group of men all wearing black suites, black glasses, all wearing an ear piece. They looked at Edwin and he nodded. "Boss everything is fine now!" One of his men said clutching his ear piece. " Didn’t he came here?" Edwin asked. "No..sir has to go on a business trip..! If there is nothing else we are off from work now!" Their head said and Edwin give them a nod. Edwin then carried her to the car and to his own hospital. Since he was the owner himself ,nurses came and helped Esther, Edwin explained the situation in which he saw her. Edwin was waiting for the doctors to exit , meantime he checked his phone for any trace of Zackary but he found no messages from him after the location sent by him. " Where are you?!" He stood up and asked about her case. "Well ,she was injected with Rohypnol !" The doctor said. "Can you further explain about it?!" Edwin asked to know the seriousness. "Well Rohypnol relaxes the person who was injected with it, In high doses, it can cause trouble controlling your muscles, amnesia, loss of inhibitions, and loss of consciousness." "Amnesia?!" Edwin asked. "Oh don’t worry , Rohypnol causes partial amnesia; individuals are unable to remember certain events that they experience while under the influence of the drug. However, this effect is particularly dangerous when Rohypnol is used illicitly to aid in sexual assault...it was her luck that you saw her ...or else she would have been...you know, ’ve got raped!!!" Edwin nodded his head in utter shock. If he was one minute late, they would have..! And even if she woke up the next day ,she won’t even remember who raped her!
