    Episode-299   Evelyn’s POV:     He said annoyed, “That’s not complement, Princess…” I made ‘oh’ face teasing him. he is really funny. He looked at me glaring, he knows he can’t do much. I heard my phone rang, I didn’t answer seeing ‘Aaron’ calling. I looked at Logan again, but Aaron called again. I answered the call and didn’t said anything, I heard Aaron, “Cherry…” I stayed silent, he hurt me for a girl… I am his twin. I demand this much respect. I looked at Logan who was studying my expression. he was about to say something But I signed him to stay silent, I don’t want Aaron to hear him and misunderstand. I heard Aaron, “Come on Cherry… don’t be angry. I need to conform something… I need to hear your words.” I smirked and said, “What?”  Aaron said, “Cherry, sometimes I want to just…. whatever… I called for something important…” I said, “Yea… speak my elder brother…” Logan sat back as I said this. he does like to observe people more than he should. While Aaron knew how angry I was on him, I never mentioned him as my Elder brother. Aaron said to me, “Cherry…. I heard Celeste sis-in-law was pregnant…” I smiled and said, “Really?!”  Aaron said, “Sh*t! you don’t know… listen, control yourself… it’s not all of it.” I was confused. I heard Aaron, “Sis-in-law was pregnant, but she miscarried…” something inside went silent, something strike so bad that I felt the impact. I whispered, “W-what….” Aaron sounded frustrated, “yes…don’t overreact… please…. I wanted to tell you since I just got to know, I know how you will react… just control yourself and don’t mention it to anyone…. please, Cherry.” My eyes filled with tears, I said, “I… I need to see.. see her…”  Aaron said, “No.. Cherry, Brother is keeping this to himself so there must be something. But please don’t reach out, let’s pretend like you don’t know, neither I do… and do not go to sis-in-law… she needs brother rather than us, us mentioning this will hurt her more… do you understand?” I nodded as I gulped, I whispered, “Yes…” I ended the call and took a deep breath. why dad didn’t told me this? I looked down as tears roll down my tears. I felt hand on my cheek wiping my tears, Logan was close to me. He looks at me worried but cold at the same time. I looked at him as his finger wiped my tears.  He asked, “Why are you like this? you were smiling a moment ago… and now?.... you are crying… Princess.”  Logan said, “what happened, Princess?” I asked, “Why you care?” he asked, “I shouldn’t care?”   I looked at him silently…. he shouldn’t…. what are we?   15 minutes later,  I was sitting beside him in his personal office. I just sat beside him on the sofa. Logan was here as I continued to wipe my tears. I am sad about Celeste, what she went through? I was not there but enjoying unknowingly… I should have been near her. And brother Ernest… I don’t even know what I can do now… and the saddest part is that no one mentioned this to me.. What could I ever changed?   Brother and Celeste must be having hard time…. and the baby…. we lost someone….. sometimes life is unfair… I wiped more tears as I sniffed. I couldn’t stop crying. Logan said, “I never knew you could cry like this, Princess…”  I looked at him and asked offended, “Why? am I not human? don’t I have emotions?”   Logan looked at me with his boring expression and said, “Are you crying over some boy? boyfriend?” I scoffed and said, “I am not that stupid to cry over men… I have personal reason.”   he just looked at me, he got close to me and intertwined his finger’s with mine. I looked at him stunned. Logan said, “Tell me… what you feel? at least as friend? or a human? I will listen… I swear it feels better when you talk about the pain…” I tighten my finger’s around his hands. I whispered, “it’s strange……… to tell you…..”  Logan chuckled deeply and said, “Yea… I know…. but stranger’s are best secrete keeper…” I smirked… he is right though. I sigh and said, “I hate…. when… I can’t help anyone even when I know they need me…. it’s like nothing can be done.” I smirked as I wiped my face and said, “Yes… I know.. I sound stupid.” I looked silently outside. I grabbed his hand tighter and said, “Your hand…”  he looked at me waiting for me to speak further, I said, “Feels safe…..”   he smiled and said, “I can try….”  I smiled at him… he is strange… but nice.   I asked, “Can we be friends? I don’t have many friends”   Logan hesitated but said, “Ok… but you look the popular type… the one girl whom entire school wants to be friends with.” I cleared his imagination, “No.. I was homeschooled…”  Logan nodded and said, “That’s explains why are you this rude, Princess… you are socially inexperienced.” I hit his shoulder and said, “That’s mean, Logan…” Maybe he is right though…  He looked at me as I treated him like that. He said, “You really switch fast…” I chuckled with him.
