Episode- 307

Episode- 307     Celeste’s POV:   My hands are shaking,  I was waiting as I sat on the bed, I placed the pregnancy kit on the glass table. Ernest was beside me.  I was sick for few days, and I missed my period… so… I was panicking, he suggested we should check it out… I am so scared this time…   I started crying somehow. Ernest hugged me and said, “hey… it’s gonna be ok… it doesn’t matter if it’s positive or negative.. I love you..” he kissed my forehead.   the thing is we weren’t trying, we were active… but most of the time we used protections, just excluding few…. the doctor said in last appointment that normally it’s rare to get pregnant in 3-4 months after miscarriage… so, we never thought of this..   I miscarried almost 2 months ago.. not so long, so this is scary.. really scary.                           I checked the kit and as I saw two lines,  I hugged Ernest and said, “it’s… it’s…”  He saw it himself as I failed. I felt his hands embracing me tighter.    I was crying like a kid, I don’t know what to feel right now.. I am so.. so emotionally moved.    After few minutes, I whispered, “what… if.. something happens again… I am sacred..”   Ernest said to me, “Nothing can go wrong this time… I promise… I will call doctor…..”   same evening,   Ernest brought me home carrying me in his arms, he was so happy, and so am I….   we just got home.. we went to doctor as  I couldn’t wait.. I was scared..  but the doctor said we are lucky to conceive this early and the baby is fine and normal…. I am just 4 weeks pregnant but.. after 8 months someone will come..   Ernest said, “from today, I won’t allow you to stress yourself…”   I whispered, “I am so happy….”   We were in the hall going upstairs, when he heard a cough.  I looked at the sofa and saw King and Queen. Ernest placed me on my feets, I was embarrassed… we didn’t even knew they were here.    Queen said, “We didn’t mean to disturb but…”  she glared at King and said, “I made some chocolate plus, since a lot happened to you two… I and Your father-in-law thinks you both should go somewhere again since your anniversary is coming….”   King said, “She means she wants you to come with us to E country, to meet her side of the family… I don’t like them..” Queen glared at him.   Ernest said, “Mom…. that’s a great idea.. but we can’t travel now…”   Ernest looked at me, he cares for the baby… we shouldn’t do long travels in first few months, And our anniversary is next month.   Queen looked confused, I walked to her and hugged her. I whispered, “Mom… you are going to be grandma…”   She parted and looked at me, I smiled. she gave me the smile I love seeing, she was surprised and happy.     King smiled, He still said, “good news but.. Alisa looks too young for a grandma…”   Queen said, “Edwin just wait for a bit…”  she looked at me and said, “You have to promise take care…. and don’t stress.. and Ernest, I warn you… don’t fight with her…”   I whispered, “we don’t fight, Mom…”   King said, “this reminded me of when you were pregnant for the first time…. you got really moody… she scolded me for doughnut and cupcakes..”   Queen asked, “Did I?”    I asked, “Can you tell me more?” she is talking about her first pregnancy, about Ernest…. about her having cravings and all the excitement… when she holds him in his arms for the first time…she sounded so happy.   Queen and King left to their  place after dinner.  I rolled over to Ernest, He hugged me closing his eyes. He said, “Are you not sleepy?”   I whispered, “After hearing what happened to Queen I feel bad for her, even when time has pass and you are here…”  Queen told me that she was kidnapped and in the escape, King and her got injured, she was shot… and she didn’t knew she was pregnant… she spend 3 months in coma.. I can’t imagine how hard it was.   Ernest said, “we can’t do anything about it… and everything is fine now.”  I nodded and said, “yes.. but she is brave and strong… I like it..”  Ernest said, “You are too.. now sleep you need rest….”   I whispered in his ears, “My hormones are dancing.. will you help me little…”  he smirked and said, “You clearly got naughty in pregnancy… fine as you wish…”
