Episode 6

    Episode- 6     Unknown person said, “I am Edwin Gray… remember me?”   I was shook… he called me for the first time… I replied, “Where did you get my number… how dare you call me?” I know I like him a long ago but to be honest, I really hate him right now… the way he treats me  makes me feel so useless    Edwin replied said, “I am not interested in talking to you.” he said as if he was disgusted. His voice shows arrogance and was demanding… like I should be thankful to him to call….. but I am not thankful at all.    I replied, “Then why did you call?” I tried to stay calm because Ron and Tina were with me,,,, I can’t let them affected by my personal situation… not in million years.    Edwin said, “Why you are not in the family lunch?... your mom called you right?” so, he called me for that…. What were you even thinking Alisha… he has no other reason to call me, right?    I replied, “surely… she did… but I told her I am busy… I am not going to come.” I want to make my self clear and stand strong…     Edwin said while getting irritated, “Ruth is upset that you didn’t show up…. Get here now.” he said like he was ordering….. and like I was supposed to do as he says…. But I will not… never    I replied,, as I was trying to act normal in front of my friends, “I not coming….” I cut the call.    Ron asked, “Who was it?.. is everything ok?”    I replied while smiling, “Everything is fine…. Let eat.”      After we finished eating I was cleaning the mess,,, but Ron asked, “Alisa,,, can we talk,,, just 10 minutes.”    It was little weird for him to ask,,, otherwise he would just drag me out. I replied, “OK… you know you don’t need to beg.”     We were sitting on the bench in nearby garden…. I looked at Ron,,, he looked nervous… but soon he took both of my hands in his and said, “Alisa,,,, actually I… I like you may be more than that… I love you.”    I was in complete shock,,, I looked at him and was unable to understand anything… Ron said, “Will you be my girlfriend?... I promise that I will treat you good and love you….. so?”    I looked at him,,, he was really good to me,,, I never imagined he will like me,,, he was gentle and loving…  he was loving me without knowing my family background,,, for a moment I feel like I deserve everything    I nodded and said with a smile, “I will.” He hugged in joy…. He said, “Thank you… I was about to die,,, I thought you will not like me.”     Then Ron said, “We should go on date,,, like our first date (nervous) this weekend… I mean if you are free.”    I replied, “Sure.” Ron just smiled like a kid,,, for me it is like a fairytale dream and  I am going to live it……….
