Episode 13

Episode- 13                                            Someone entered through the glass door and sure it was Edwin. He had his hair perfectly styled and was wearing a suit. He said, “You sure know to disappoint customer.”   See he was right here,,, he is playing his dirty games. I looked at him with anger but I replied, “Mr. Gray… I really don’t have idea about your girlfriend’s choice…. It can’t be helped…. You can choose anything you want.”    Edwin looked at me as if he going to throw me out of my own store… he said, “You are really disappointed me as Ruth’s sister or you are jealous of our marriage.”    I said with anger, “Mr. Gray let me tell you for the last time,,, you are not my type,,, and how a man don’t know what his girlfriend likes when they are together for years?... you should be disappointed in yourself.” Tina grabbed me and signaled to be quite and she said, “I am sorry for that… my boss is not in good mode… I show you some options.”   Edwin was still looking at me with anger like he would kill me right now and sat on the sofa as Tina was showing him dresses and describing them as she normally does. But Edwin was still looking at me with anger and disgust.    He said something to Tina and she turns to me and signals to come to her. I knew he will do something,,, but I have to be good because I am in store. I walked close to them and stood near Tina but I didn’t said anything.    Edwin got up and walked to the dresses hanging in the rack and picked a blue dress, the dress had sparkles on it lacy neck and a huge slit on one side… it was all shinny dress and sure it was beautiful.    He took the dress in his hand and red dress which in Tina’s hand. He walked close to me and hold the dress close to my body as he was assuming how will it look on me,,, my heart was racing as he was this close to me,,, he was never this close to me….. my heart was betraying my brain and I hate it.    He then put the red dress close to my body examined them both one by one. The he said, “Which will look good on my Ruth.” I swear I saw a smirk… he was now playing with my feelings.    He was considering me as a dummy for Ruth,,, I hate him…. did he find a new way to humiliate me. He was still checking the blue dress on me,, I moved back and said, “Mr. Gray I am sure your girlfriends body type is different than mine… so I think this might now work.”    He walked close and holds the dress close to my body again and said, “Who said I am comparing your body types?... if this dress look good on your ugly face then sure… my girlfriend will look good in it.”
