’Marriage’

Episode- 32   Marriage                            Alisa’s POV:    Edwin seemed really angry, like he was about bust out, Edwin said, “Put her in the car…. I get what I want” I was thrown in the car by two strong men, one of then closed my mouth to prevent me from streaming, Edwin sat beside me and I was trying to open the door,,, but Edwin pulled my hands with his one hand and said with anger, “Sit….” I tried to get out of his grip but he removed his tie and tied my hands and pushed me in corner of the seat.    I yelled, “Let me go…. I will never marry you.” I was really angry.  He pulled my face in his hand and his nails were digging my skin, he said, “SHUT UP.” He let me go and I sat there in the car not knowing where I was going, what I am going to do now…. will I stay alive after this day… I was really scared of Edwin, I saw a monster in his eyes just now… I was unable to control my tears…  I pulled my head down and had nothing I could do. After the car stopped, Edwin pulled me out of the car, I looked around it was marriage registration office, but no one was there… he kept pulling me in and I begged him to let me go. But he took me in anyways.    Soon, Edwin sign the paper and asked me to sign those, I took a step back and said, “No… no… I will never… even if you kill me.” I really mean it.  He smirked and said, “You won’t sigh even if I kill you?,,, what if I kill your family? Will your decision change.” He let my hands free while I was confused at his words, he made me look behind and I was my family… Dad, Mom and Ruth… few men’s were pointing gun at them. They really seemed scared.    He grabbed my face forcefully and made me look at him, he said, “Now are you ready to sign the marriage papers?” I was really scared of him, how can he do something to us,, how can he threaten to kill someone.  I said, “I will call the cobs…. You can’t do this.” I was really angry and wanted to escape. As I said this he chuckled and said, “You think law can save you…. but no…. no one will do anything against me…. I am your only way.” He was still holding my face and it was really hurting.  I heard Ruth saying, “Edwin… let her go, I am willing to marry you,,, I am better than her in every way.” Edwin pushed me aside and walked to Ruth. Now is he going back to Ruth,,, ok then I can be free right.  Edwin walked close to Ruth and touched her checks, but the next moment he pointed gun on her head, Ruth was trembling… my parents kept asking to leave her alone. Edwin said, “I don’t want you…. I want her,,, don’t talk till I ask you to” he was still pointing gun on her head, he looked at me and I understand he was going to shoot her any moment… I can’t watch anyone die again.   I said, “I will sign… let them go…. Don’t hurt them.” I know my tears were not stopping. Edwin looked at me and walked to me and pushed to the table and said, “sign” I did what he said and he looked satisfied…. But this side of him disgust me even more…. He pushed a platinum ring in my finger and looked at me,,, me on the other side did the same,,,, because I know I don’t have any choice
