     Episode- 66 ‘confession’     Alisa’s POV:       I tried to change the subject, “Tina, we should order… I am hungry.” Tina pulled my cheek I whine. Then she said with annoyance, “Looks at those dudes, they look like they will kill me if I did this again….. I have right to do this.” she was referring bodyguard, I signaled them to look away.      Tina asked, “Why do you need bodyguard now?... why Edwin Gray is involved…. I want the truth.” She was folding her hands around her, when she does that she is super serious mode.    I told her, “Ron asked him to marry me,.. so he did. I was forced to marry him. when grandpa got to know about this he helped me with divorce, now I am free but grandpa suggested to have bodyguards… he don’t trust Edwin.” I had tears.    Tina grabbed my hands and asked, “Did he do anything wrong with you?... did he forced you to sleep with  him? I will kill him if he did…. Ron was surely stupid to choose him, maybe he wanted to protect you…. Edwin Gray was a wrong choice.”    I replied, “I didn’t sleep with him.. but-.” Tina rubbed her hand on mine and said, “It’s fine, don’t remember bad things… you are free now… how about some food to cheer up.” I nodded with a smile.           We were talking and laughing, Tina was still little angry but she is fine I guess. I was surprised by a voice, “Hello ladies we meet again.” I saw Vic standing there with a smile.     I  smiled back at him and said, “Hi, Vic. I am surprised to see you here.”    Vic replied, “I was just here to meet a friend but I meet you again… how are you now?”    I replied, “I am fine.” Vic took my hand and kissed it, I was blushing. I heard Tina’s fake cough and pulled my hand. I said, “Vic, this is my best friend Tina, Tina, this is Vic my school friend.”   Tina said with a smile, “Hi, Mr. Vic. How about you join us for a meal?... we won’t take much time.” Tina smiled at me and raise her eyebrow. Vic looked at me and said, “Will it be fine with you?.... I am Edwin is possessive and-”     I cut him by saying, “We divorced… it’s fine you join us.” Tina was surprised he knows it.   Vic said with a instant smile, “Then I am in…. (takes sit beside Alisa) I shouldn’t say it but I am thankful you are not with him… you deserve to be happy.” I nodded.     Vic turned his attention to Tina, “What are both of these beautiful ladies doing?’    Tina said simply, “Girls things…. What do you do Mr. Vic?”      Vic said with a chuckle, “Just call me Vic…. I am a doctor, I work at my father’s hospital.”      Tina asked again, “Are you dating someone?” Tina was giving me a look which said ‘Thank me later’… I don’t know what should I do with her flirty little mind.    Vic added, “No… not yet…. ” Tina smile became more cheesy. Tina asked, “Can you please tell me what are you looking for?... I mean details.”     Vic looked  at me. I put food in my mouth and was cursing Tina under my breath… but why I feeling like this.     Vic said, “Someone with a pure heart,  smile that will make me smile. Hard working and passionate, run for her own passion but still cares for everyone. Someone’s whose eyes speak more than her words. When I see in her eye I can forget my worries, when she smiles I can think nothing other than it. whose inside is as beautiful as her outside…. Like a angle.  She is humble and sweet.” He laughed shyly in the end.     Tina said, “Well your angle sounds more like Alisa.” I chocked as she said that, I was coughing and glaring at Tina, while she was just smiling. Vic was rubbing my back and gave me glass of water. He asked, “Are you ok?” he was concerned. I nodded.    Tina said, “Excuse me, I need to go first … Vic please give Alisa company… bye.”She winked at me, wait till I pull your hairs out of your scalp….  You are suppose to help me. she just left like that.      After Tina left it got more awkward, I was looking every were other than him. Vic took my hand and I was surprised. He was touching my fingers and soon his hand was intertwining with mine.      I asked, “Vic, what are you doing?” I tried to pull my hand but he kept his grip strong. Vic said, “I know… you are not comfortable but I can’t help. I waited long enough… I can’t now.” he turned his head to me, I saw tears and looks like he was holding them behind.     I whispered, “Vic.. what-”   I was cut by his words which were soft but painful, “I waited for so long till I was capable of doing something…. Then I tried to search for you, but when I found you were  his, I couldn’t said anything he is my friend… but he harmed you, I don’t blame you but me… if I found you early I could have protected you….. I will not repeat those mistake again.”    I was looking at him not knowing what to say or do. he said again, “I am not leaving you…. I will give you time. But remember you can come to me if you are in any problem, I will always there for you… I will protect you, love.”    I took my bag and stood up to walk away, Vic grabbed my hand and made me look at him. I feel like playing with his feelings. I whispered, “ Vic… look I don’t-”    He cut my words again, “I know, you are not ready…. But remember there is always a person waiting for you… to protect you…. take care.” he kissed my forehead and walked away. I stood there without knowing what to do.
