“more ruthless than Edwin”

    Episode- 135 “more ruthless than Edwin”    Alisa’s POV          Today I am finally returning to work, I am more than excited…. I was having breakfast with Edwin…. We don’t talk much we just eat together…. My phone notification got my attention…. It was Tina…. I opened the message and she sent me a link… I tapped on it….    It was a article, it was about N country,,,, and the Secret Prince Arthur… I need to end this fangirling of Tina I am getting bit annoyed … the article didn’t have any pictures just news…. I read it out of curiosity, I kept my spoon down… it said that the Prince Arthur.. may return soon… because he is using his forces and power to protect his grandfather’s throne… suddenly the distant relatives of royal family who had their eye on the throne disappear… they got killed or exposed for their crimes out of the blue or ended up in prison… they say some bodies are not recovered… but those people where harming the nation ’s political and economical and social image so, the public is supporting this rumor about Prince is doing this and they seemed happy about it…… the article also said that the King is considered Ruthless when it comes to justice and crime but Prince Arthur seems to be much more dangerous… he is handling the country without showing up…      I drop the phone…. Killing his relatives,… that means uncles, brothers right…. How can that Prince do that… even though they are bad how can one have courage to kill those who are supposed to be his family,… he is worst than Edwin Gray….  There is someone more ruthless than Edwin Gray….     I looked at his seat but he was not here… I saw him picking my phone… he read the article and his eyes turned to me… they were cold…. I don’t know why but I want to tell him how I feel…. I said, “I don’t know why I feel scared of this person….”    Edwin turned more angry… he said keeping my phone down and said, “It’s not your matter… deal with your own things… don’t think about something which has nothing to do with you…” I nodded… then I saw him leaving…. Why he is angry…. I didn’t said anything about him….    I got up as I saw him turning to leave, he turned to me again and walked to me, he hugged me and then kissed my neck and whispered in between those kissed, “don’t be worried… take care of yourself and return safely I will be waiting for you..” I was feeling him kissing my neck and I was tightening my feast,,, he is making me feel shiver, he parted and kissed my lips lightly and walked out of the mansion… I am just staring at him, he knows to make me speechless……….     I Went to work and first thing I did was hug Tina… this feels good. Tina hugged me tight, I like it to be honest… Tina said out, “I thought I will never see you again… I tough your husband will never let you out,… I thought we will lose our store… I even fought with Ken”     I pulled away and said with worry, “But Ken has nothing to do with it….”    Tina said  while patting my back, “We made up… don’t worry..”    I grabbed her hand and said, “I am sorry from now these things will never happen again… I promise.”   Tina gave me light smile and said, “I am not worried about me or Ken…. I am just worried about you… you are my family… I am worried sick when I don’t see you in store every day… when you hide things to yourself and torture yourself… I just want you to be happy and smile… just do it for me… stay happy and healthy… hmm?” I hugged her again .. I am so lucky to have her…     I was busy the rest of the day as theirs lot of work which has to be done… I looked at the time and it’s almost lunch time…… I told Tina, “Tina… I need to go.. I have to visit grandpa and look for Vic… I am worried about both of them… Vic don’t answer calls..”    Tina said, “It’s fine with me… but I think I should tell you…”     I asked being confused, “What?”   Tina replied, “Vic is busy with his elder sister murder case…. I saw it in news and even heard from few people… he might be busy and stressed … or maybe with his family..”    I asked worried, “Sister’s murder?”    Tina nodded while pressing her lips together, Tina said, “Few years ago his sister got in an accident and passed away… but turns out it wasn’t an accident but a planned murder.. by her husband… Vic found evidence and now is busy with this case… I think you shouldn’t go to him… he needs his family and if he is not answering your calls maybe he wants to stay alone… we should respect his privacy….” I just hummed in response… but I will go check on him… I just can’t leave a friend when he needs me the most…    I went to the hospital, and went to my grandpa’s doctor and asked him about grandpa’s condition… I was relief hearing grandpa was fine…. But I actually came to see Vic… I walked to Vic’s cabin… I asked a nurse for directions… the nurse did warn me about not going because Vic was not feeling well…    I knock the cabin and I heard a faint ‘Come in’… as I opened the door I saw Vic on his chair looking at me… I can tell he was surprised… more than surprised….
