“forgive me”

    Episode- 136 “forgive me”     Author’s POV:           As Alisa opened the door she saw Vic, who was sitting on the chair lifelessly, he had dark circles… he looked tired as if he hasn’t sleep for days… but most importantly he seemed indifferent…..      On the other  hand Vic was surprised to see Alisa there… he was suffering from heartbreak… he didn’t understand what hurt him more… his dead sisters story or him giving up on only women he loves… he was controlling himself from breaking and now she was standing in front of him with concern eyes….    Alisa walked to him and she knew he was sad because of his sister… Alisa placed the food she got in the way for him… Alisa said, “Are you fine?” Vic just nodded… Alisa find it weird…    She said again, “I heard about everything… I am proud of you… you did a great job for your sister’s justice, she might be happy as well… cheer up.” Vic wanted to hug Alisa and cry… what he was going to tell her?... that he earned his sister’s justice by sacrificing his love for her… did he had courage to say that… he never knew it would hurt him like that…    Vic just looked away… this made Alisa worried… She asked, “Are you fine Vic? Don’t stress yourself..” Vic just said to her coldly, “Leave I am busy…” Vic didn’t know himself how long would he be able to hold himself before breaking into pieces…      Alisa was going to protest but Vic said her with tears in his eyes, “Please… Alisa…” Alisa was shocked but she stepped out of the cabin because she was willing to give Vic the personal space he need…     Vic broke down as soon as Alisa left,,,, Vic said to himself, “I am sorry,,,, I got selfish… but I still love you.” Vic tears were not leaving his eyes,  he said out, “forgive me.”    Alisa’s POV:        Although I found Vic weird but I can understand he needs some space… I went to my parents house… I am worried how grandma will react, last time she was not happy to see me…       I walked to the main hall and I see grandma sitting with mom… as I entered the house she glared at me saying, “Why are you here?...” I know she is not pleased by seeing me..    I looked her and said, “I am here to see grandpa…”   She scoffed, “What bad luck is left to give us??... because of you my husband is in that state… now that he is finally recovering.. you are here again..”    I tried again, “Grandma”    But grandma yelled, “Don’t call me that…. You are shameless women.. you married to your sister’s boyfriend…… you are stain to this family..” I was almost at the edge of tears… I looked at mom and she appeared to be with grandma’s side… she was never on my side…..      Mom said, “Alisa…. Go back..” I feel shattered..    Grandma said again in harsh voice, “Don’t you heard her…. get out…” I saw grandpa walking down the stairs and a servant was helping him… he looked fine,… at least I got to know he is fine…    Grandpa said in harsh voice, “Who are you to stopping my granddaughter? This my house….” He will be always be the person to save me… I wish I would have known him better years ago…. tears finally fall down my cheeks    Grandpa continued, “This is my house..  Alisa.. you are free to come whenever you want… no one can stop you….”    I said, “No…. grandpa.. I am fine… I am busy… I just came to see you.. now I have to go.. bye… take care…” I walked out ignoring grandpa’s voice trying to stop me …. I can tell one thing grandpa’s support help me a lot but nothing is worst than when your own family rejects you…. this what  you are Alisa Scott….
