   Episode- 137 “spending time with him”     Alisa’s POV:       I went back to store, I tried my best not to show how I felt and continued to work on daily basis… suddenly I remembered about Ruth… I know I am not special to my family but I have some responsibility towards them…. I called her…    I didn’t get a answer… I called her again…. Still got no response…. I am getting worried… I called again and still nothing… if she don’t answer me now then I would just go to her… I called her again…, this time finally she answered…    I heard her, “Hello… who?” from her voice I can tell she was sleeping…      I answered, “Hi… I am Alisa… how are you?”       She went silent and then said, “I am sleepy…  bye”    I almost screamed out, “Wait!!!….”     She said getting slightly annoyed, “What???”    I said out, “I want to talk can we meet…”      Ruth answered, “No… I don’t want to.”    I said with worry, “Ruth… please… I will be quick… can we meet…”    Ruth answered, “This Sunday….. I will send you time and place….” I said, “Thanks” Ruth ended the call…. I know there is something wrong with her… I can sense it… but at least she agreed to meet… today is Tuesday… I just have to wait………         In the evening I went to the mansion…. I lazily walked into the hall…. I am worried about lots of things but I know I will eventually find a way… a better way… I stopped my feet as I saw Edwin standing on the stares looking at me….. he is home early….       He said, “Come to my room…” he turned to walk to his room… I am bit scared because he is a man hard to understand… but I still followed him…       I knocked the door and entered the room… he was sitting on the chair reading some file…. He signaled me to come close and my heart kept beating…. I am not scared but a different feeling the feeling I don’t want to have for him…..      I walked to him and he pulled me on himself…. I was sitting on his lap and he was securing my position with hand and kept reading the file,,,,, I was red and betraying my own self…. I tired to get up   but it don’t seem to work… I whispered, “Edwin?”     He placed his hand on my head and said, “Little dove… just stay…”       I didn’t move, I just stayed like that as if I was enjoying this position… I rested my head on his shoulder as if that was a natural thing to do… I know should run but I don’t want to…. I saw his face forming a light smile and then it disappear like it never happened…..    I looked at the file and it’s company growth record…. I was amazed to see his progress… that’s way he is always busy, sure he has skills…. I said out loud without realizing, “This is amazing….” I heard him chuckle… he said, “I am more amazing than this..” I rolled my eyes, he is surely full of himself…    He added, “And anyways this is till 5 % lower than the target I wanted….”    I whispered in annoyance, “It’s just 5 %... does it even matter…”      He answered, “Yes… it does, little dove… you don’t need to run your brain in this… you are too slow…” seriously can’t he just stop insulting me… he kissed my forehead and placed his hand on my waist…. I am getting nervous…      He placed the file away and grabbed a book next to him….. he opened it and from the first line of the page I can tell it’s just some autobiography… I tried to get up but he looked a little offended, he asked, “Why are you getting up?... I said to stay… are you offending me?”    I simply tried to save myself, “This… book is boring …. I don’t want to read it… but you can… I will go… I have some work for myself…”     He grabbed my face and said, “Pick a book from the shelf… we will read it.” is he letting me choose a book… he is doing that… he raised his eyebrow and I immediately went to the shelf and searched for a book…
