“Her Birthday”

      Episode- 149 “Her Birthday”     Edwin’s POV:            I was busy as usual even though it’s Sunday. I just finished a meeting and walked to my cabin… I drank some water and looked through my phone… I noticed today’s date… I smiled as I remember today is  Alisa’s birthday… it’s will be the first time I will be with her on her birthday… how about only I should spend time with her on her birthday…    I called Ken and asked him to bring a cake and flowers for her… I know she is not after expensive clothes or diamonds…… but should I get her something expensive…. But sudden realization strikes me about my goals…. No show off of love till everything is under control, but can afford to spend time with her…… little dove… we will keep it low key for now………..        I went home on early as I know she should be home, it’s weekend … I entered the mansion to only found it’s empty… I placed the cake and flowers on the table and sat on the sofa in the living room….. this women is working on her birthday…. But I can wait….. I changed my clothes and was waiting for her in the living area…. I checked the time it’s almost 9, she will be home any time…. I know I might be getting crazy for her…. but I can’t help it..       I am boiling in anger, this is end of my patience…. I checked the time and it’s 12: 15 am…. This women know I warn her to be home before 9 but she is disobeying me…. especially when I prepared something for her… I waited for her… this is not my nature but she didn’t deserve to be treated good…. Today I make sure she will remember who I am… I will make sure today’s punishment won’t be a warning or a silly game….      I was about to call Ken but Lee’s call interpreted… I picked the call..    Lee: My friend… Ed… today you would be proud of me and you own me as well..    Edwin: (angry) I am not in mood… stop your bulls**t    Lee: (laughs) are you so worried about your missing wife that you are rude to you friend..    Edwin: how do you know…    Lee: (chuckles) thank me friend… thank me… luckily she came to my bar and I being a responsible friend of your, I made sure no pervert got around her…. don’t take me wrong I didn’t drink with her… but I just looked form far away…     Edwin:(more angry) who is with her?... any man..     Lee: she is alone… drinking alone… she cried as well…    Edwin: (confused) crying?.... why didn’t you call earlier?    Lee: I though she will leave after few shots  …. But she is drunk and I am getting tired  of babysitting .    Edwin: (annoyed) stay their …. I am coming… (cut the call)       I immediately left for Lee’s bar. She is drunk, leaving me like this… I will not let her go easily this time… she is really testing me… she has no sense of security… how can she drink and get drunk in public when there are people who are ready to prey on her…. if she like drinking then I have a f**king personal bar at home…. I will make sure she remembers the punishment for her entire existence….           As I reach their I made sure to cover my face and I don’t want anyone to recognize me,,, I walked in the bar only to see Lee smiling. I slightly lowered my mask to show him my face and fixed it back. Lee gave me a smirk.. I want to punch his face.    I said, “Where is she?”    Lee said with a smirk, “How about a drink?”    I warned, “Where is she?”    Lee chuckled… why I am even his friend… Lee said, “The last person in the row…” I walked their.. and Lee was following me… I saw her face down on table, her hairs on her face she was still holding her glass which was half filled… I am out of words… she is really making me angry… but she is cute though       Lee said from behind, “I have to say she has good alcohol tolerance… we should call her when we drink… it would be fun” I glared at him.. he looked away..     I took her in my arms and then she started whining, “Ahhh… I want one more drink… ahh who are you… let me drink…. But let me take my bag first… but give a drink ok?” I covered her mouth and took her to the car… this women is going to pay for this…
