“I was married before”

    Episode- 182 “I was married before”  Alisa’s POV:             I got ready, I am not doing much just simply dressed, I am not excited about this date or whatever,,,, I hate it… I am not worrying because I think that guy didn’t seem to be bad…. But he is not getting in… right now I have no will to trust any man….        I was walked to the café on the street and I feel like I have been watched, I look around and I was on the busy street.. why will anyone follow me.,,, I don’t know what I am even thinking… who will follow me… I walked in the restaurant and I have to say it’s beautiful and luxurious… so that guy decided to show me his luxury, I learnt that he owns this  restaurant  chain.. I scoffed at it…      I walked to the counter and told about my appointment, the waitress showed me my seat, I was walking behind her when I spotted someone on the way, my heart skipped a beat, I looked at the direction as I stood there motionless, but my eyes found nothing and I was wrong, he is not here… how can Edwin be here… it’s totally foolish… but I feel  his strong presence and maybe I am just over thinking…     The waitress took me to table and I see this well dressed good looking man I forget his name…       He pulled the chair for me with a smile and then said, “I am Corner… your grandfather must have told you…. Miss. Alisa.” He is well dressed and his hairs are perfectly styled, he surely good looking, he is future of his father’s company, grandpa surely though before arranging this date but not working on me…     I replied, “He did told me…” Corner ordered food and drink but I am just looking around to conform he is not here,,, I feel Edwin’s presence… or I am triggered because of date… yea… I must me just over thinking.     Corner asked, “Is everything alright?... you don’t look good.”    I replied trying to be normal, “it’s fine… you were saying something.”    Corner said with a smile, “Not really…. But as I see you, you are beautiful, I wanted to say that earlier but we were in meeting..”  the food arrived in mean time…      I smiled as I don’t know what to say, he tried to touch my hand but I immediately pulled my hand as feel his finger.. he said, “I am sorry… I though… I am really sorry for making you uncomfortable.”      I know he is trying to get close but I have to stop him, I said, “Mr. Corner… I am divorced once… and I don’t want to marry again.. or have any relation with a man… I am sorry, I was just here for grandpa… I hope this won’t affect business between our companies..”    His smile fade and then he smiled again saying, “I understand… don’t worry, the business is different and personal life is different for me…. but I don’t mind you being divorce… you need to move on.”     I replied as I was trying to make him understand, “You won’t understand.. I am not really for being with someone… something affects you, this affects me.”   He smiled and said, “I understand… but if you change your mind here is my card… can we continue the dinner, as business people.” He raised his glass of wine.. and I nodded and did the same,, I am glad I am out of this situation. He is nice, if I was not this disturbed by my ex-husband… I might have considered him… maybe I would be happy on this date….     Author’s POV:                                         Alisa took few sips of her drink, soon she felt dizzy. She looked around to find everything was blurring … she looked at Corner and he was smirking at her.    She understand what was going on, she said, “You drugged me.”   Corner smirked more and said, “Truth is I don’t want to wait till you change your mind… how about I change it for you… how can I lose heir of Scott’s corporation slip through my fingers..”
