“she is awake?”

   Episode- 267 “she is awake?” **     2 days later,** **    Edwin’s POV:**                             I am in this meeting, this is mess… they can’t even make one project sound decent… I just got off from the political meeting, now I have to final the new project…. I am getting really mad, I turned to Ken and said out loud, “Ask them to learn some basic?... is this the status of this company?” the staff looked down. I was about to end the meeting when one of them got up and said, “I have a presentation… I know you will like it, Sir..” aHH! I am in state of punching someone, but I still don’t know how I controlled myself.. I exhale and said, “Fine… go ahead with it…”    The staff was giving the presentation and it’s decent…. Not gonna lie… but I think there can be improved… the presentation is in half way… I can guess… my phone rang, I always keep it on because who know what is waiting for.. I picked it up stopping the presentation for a while, it’s mom… she never calls in between the office hours… she called that means it’s important..    I answered the call, and my eyes widen as I heard what mom said. I got up in instant and practically ran out of the building …. I need to get to the palace… now!!!!!    In the palace,      I walked in, I am running to be honest, Ken is following me as always. I saw mom waiting for me in the hall… I rushed to her and asked being desperate, “So…. It’s true.. she is awake right..”   Mom smiled through tears, Alisa’s parents and grandparents are here too… everyone of the family is also here,,, my grandpa and dad are also here….   Mom smiled and said, “Yes… she is… she is awake… they say it’s miracle… doctors checked her , her body is good…… your Alisa is awake….” My heart filled with happiness… finally… she is awake… my little dove is back…     I said as I was about leave to see her, “I need to see her…” mom grabbed my hand, stopped me… I looked at mom in confusion… mom said, “Please listen first…”     I asked as worry is chasing me down, “is everything fine?... Alisa…. how is she?” I am asking mom with worry, she gives me the look which made even worried, mom is nervous…    Mom said, “Alisa is awake…. But she haven’t spoken a word or reacted to anyone of us… she is not responding to us at all… the doctors worry about her condition, but it’s not conformed yet… maybe she won’t recognize you too, the doctors says maybe the incident harmed her psychologically, maybe she find it hard time to communicate…. Maybe will never respond to us or to anyone … we haven’t told her about the pregnancy…  Edwin, if she don’t respond to you then please stay in your sense… don’t scare her…” the hope that I had just broke down in pieces in instant… she will not recognize me… or she won’t talk again…  I don’t know what scares me the most.      I need to see her, I walked without paying any attention the mom, I need to conform it myself. I walked in the room, closing the door behind me. she was looking aimlessly at the window… please… Alisa… prove them wrong…       I walked to her, this silence in this room is making me fear… really fear… I sat in front of me only then she looked at me… I know I am at the edge of crying.. she was looking at me, I can see her eyes filling with tears, it feels great to see these clear brown eyes… after these months..
