**  Season 2: Episode 10** **    Alisa’s POV:**          I got dressed, yes… I am attending the dinner, just for grandpa…. And I keep reminding myself this too.   But the thing that Edwin Gray is  Ron’s cousin is trashing my brain up, I kissed Edwin Gray by accident, and he was hitting on me too. How can I explain this to Ron. I don’t even know… it’s better if both me and Edwin act like strangers and forgot these days from our life.   I drive to my parents house and parked the car near Ruth’s. this girl!... I see a huge scratch on the car, she hit someone, I hope the person is alive, I can’t say anything against her or she would be screaming around the house. I can just pray for the people on the road.    The watchman said to me, “Miss…. your father asked to park the car in the actual parking….” Ah!.. I know because my car is not expensive, come on I love my car, I earned every penny to get this car.   I threw the keys on the watchman and said, “Park it and I want my keys in 5 minutes, I am going in..” the watch man nodded, Dad wants to put his rich rich show in front of Grays, he is already is rich, there is no need for this show.    I walked in the house, and I do notice the maids running around fixing things, basically following mom’s order. I noticed Mom was stood there frozen as she saw me, she was instructing a maid.   I walked to her and she said, “You are here…. I though you will not, so you do care about the family…” I smirked and looked away.    I said, “I do…. but family don’t care about me… let’s fix that first…” Mom looked at me with her piercing gaze, she didn’t liked what I said, truth is bitter.   Mom closed her eyes to control herself, she said, “Alisa… today is important for your father, Grays are biggest in the country, there investment will be important for him. so don’t make me do something on this day… don’t do anything…”    I looked away and then turned to her and said, “Then I will be in my room, call me when your guest arrived…. My room is still intact right?” I questioned. Mom nodded and said, “go… behave good today, don’t ruin anything.”    I walked upstairs to my room, yea.. I moved out when I was 20, so 3 years of living alone and still going in childhood room is weird. As I was walking to my room, I noticed Ruth was all ready and just got out of her room, her room is right next to mine.   She looked at me and then scoffed. She said, “You could have tried harder with the dressing…”   I said I went towards my room, “You could have tried harder to drive safe, I saw the car…” she clenched her jaw. Ruth said, “Come on big sis. You know you are jealous of me, I am prettier, smarter, and I am mom and dad’s favorite…”    I looked at her and smiled on her silly attitude, I said, “Yea…. Should I be jealous of a drug addict, alcoholic, b*tch….. I don’t have that kind of fantasy… I am happy with my own house, my own business, my own car and my own money.. … success is addictive than drugs..” she was really angry, she was about grab my hand but I moved back and warned, “I am older than you… respect…. It’s an demand. You can show your childish attitude in front of our parents who clearly failed as parents..”   I got in my room closing the door, heard her  kicking the door and her scream. I sigh, I sat on my bed and went through my phone. This house can never give me peace. I became over protective over myself to protect my own self… against my own people.      After 30 minutes the maids knocked the door and I opened it. the maid said, “Miss. madam asked you come for dinner, the guest have arrive.” I nodded. I took a deep breath.. I can do this.   I walked downstairs and I already see everyone at the dining area. I walked further and I can see Edwin Gray and older man, I assume he is Edwin Gray’s father.    Grandpa smiled and said, “Mr. Gray…. She is my elder granddaughter Alisa… Alisa , he is Mr. Gray and his son Edwin Gray… we are working together.” I smiled at both of them, I pretended like Edwin and I are strangers.      I greeted them and I took my seat which was unfortunately in front of Edwin. But I have to say he has some manners and looks godly even when he is eating. During the dinner I tried to be less noticeable and silent.     I  clearly noticed Edwin sparing glance at me, whenever he looked at me, I felt like I couldn’t breathe, my heart was racing….. and I am sure my face was red, what happens to me when he is around. Dad and Edwin’s father is discussing business with Grandpa. I put the piece of meat in my mouth when I felt my feet getting trapped between two large feats. I looked at Edwina and he was not looking at me. but he spared a glance at me and smirked.   Pervert! I am his cousin brother’s girlfriend, plus he is in my house in front of my parents, he is doing these kind of things under the table. I tried to pull my leg out but it’s not working. My face was redder now. this is so embracing.
