Episode-400

 Episode-400  Evelyn’s POV:   Dinner time,   I sat on my seat eating this high end dinner, We decided to have dinner together…. why not!    We did called Celeste, Serene and Angela….. I sat there and felt really nice to have everyone there….but Logan didn’t left my mind…. if he could just said ‘Sorry’ that day…. he could have said, ‘I will never do this again’….. then maybe one of this seat was his… Brother Ernest accepted him at one point… then anything could have been possible….  But he said, he don’t regret… he could have done that again….. I sigh…. he is not worth it….   I turned to Celeste and said, “so…. how are you?”  She smiled and said, “Good… but tired….” I just hope everything goes perfect for her. She deserves a baby cute and pretty as her.    I noticed Angela was not eating, she is awkward. I remember Celeste being this awkward when I first saw her. I said, “come on, Angel… you should eat…. we won’t hurt you…” She looks at me, Aaron asked, “Angela… are you ok?”  Angela said, “Amm.. no.. it’s just…. feels….” feels?  She whispered, “Like family….” at this moment, I want to say ‘poor kid’… but I didn’t… she should get over it…. it’s not good to stay in childhood trauma for long…. it’s self destructive.  I just said, “Just eat…. don’t cry in front of my plate…”  I continued to eat, Alexis said, “Cherry…. we should be little friendly…” I showed him my tough.   Serene said, “come on… you two are too old for that….” she said little angry. Yea… she is bossy… since forever…  after the dinner,    I sat in Brother Ernest’s office, I kept thinking… did he eat?... he should be… whatever…. he must be enjoying since he don’t remember.     Brother Ernest walked in, Alexis and Aaron where already here. Brother Ernest said, “What to talk?”    I said, “call those Matthews… tell them we want to meet…”   Brother Ernest leaned against the table and said, “I was thinking about it….”    Brother Alexis said, “I will call…” I smirked... Brother Alexis called and puts the phone on speaker. Aaron and I shared a cheers. The call got answered.  We heard a voice, “Hello…who?”  Brother Alexis said, “who you accept after cheating people?”  god! he should stop being sassy…   The voice said, “I am Harold Matthews… you sound like you don’t know whom you are talking too…” I smirked.  Aaron whispered, “He is dumb…”  Alexis said chuckling, “you don’t know me either…. anyways.. Harold Matthews… never heard of this loser…” Brother Ernest had grin. I want to laugh out loud, but I didn’t.  Harold Matthews said irritated, “How dare you!!!!”  Brother Alexis said, “Exactly!!... how dare you!!... How dare to try to scam the Scotts…. be a good boy and hand over the papers…”  We heard nothing for a few seconds. then Harold said, “Who are you?”    Brother Alexis said, “Who you think we are?”   I smirked, Harold said, “Gray…” I scoffed… he knew we will come for him… he knew very well…  Brother Alexis said, “we need to talk with you….. we will meet soon, Harold…” Brother Alexis ended the call….   Aaron smirked and said, “You scared him…” Brother Alexis said, “well he should be scared…”   Logan’s POV:                       I drove myself aimlessly. I hate this… she just walked in my office and behaved like a b*tch… where I wanted to keep this contract… it’s not about the profit or anything… it’s different…. like this contract was precious to me… anyways it’s past midnight… I must go home, but I just keep around driving through the city.  I stopped my car as I am in this unfamiliar place. I noticed a old building, a tower. I got down… this place is creepy… strange.   I looked around till I noticed a female figure sitting there looking at the view. A ghost?   no way Logan… there are no ghost…  I walked further, is this girl trying to commit suicide…. well looks like my problems don’t end here. My footsteps caused her to look at me. To my surprise I saw Princess Evelyn. Her eyes, the wind blew her perfect hair…. but her cheeks show her pearl like tears… she is out here crying past midnight… why?   She looks at me for a wide moment. Then she got up and carried her bag walking back. She avoided looking at me.  I said, “You… hated ending the contract…. so you are crying…”   she stopped. I turned to see her back, I asked, “If you dislike it so much then… then why you did this…” she turns to me and said, “I loved being free from that contract… you don’t even know me…. you don’t remember me…” she said this as her voice got louder. I got close to her and said, “I don’t remember… you are right…. but I knew you….. I have pictures of this place where you swing in my arms kissing me… I think I know you enough… I hear your voice in my dreams saying you love me… I think I know you enough….” Her stunned face, her tears…. everything was silent from my words…  She whispered, “You… You don’t know me… you never tried to understand me…..” Her words made me angry… I grabbed her arm, pulled her to myself. I said, “Do you know yourself?... you acted like a b*tch to break the contract.. and now crying about it…. you know yourself?”
